Maintenance Contracts
NMC offers maintenance contracts to periodically inspect and repair your material handling and finishing equipment. Past experience has proven that there are significant advantages to identifying and replacing equipment that has been damaged or worn prior to causing downtime to your production. Our crews are experienced in locating wear points on the equipment and are trained to identify potential failure points on your conveyor system.
A full inspection report is provided that details the components repaired or replaced. This report will also indicate areas of the system that will need repair or replacement in the future. Based upon wear patterns of the system in operation, we can help you plan in advance a timetable to schedule replacement of normal wear items.
